Every part of your game.
At your course.
Full swing, short game, putting, and the decisions in between. Range lessons at Shaun's teaching location, playing lessons at the course you already play, anywhere in the valley. And the first thing he fixes is usually not your swing.
Or call 702-994-4811. You'll get Shaun, not a front desk.
What we work on
Pick the thing that's costing you the most strokes. If you don't know what that is, that's the first lesson.
Full swing
Contact first, then direction, then distance. Video on every lesson so you can see what you feel.
Short game
Chipping, pitching, bunkers. The thirty yards where a 95 becomes an 88.
Putting
Speed before line. Green reading you can actually use. No more three-putts from twenty feet.
On-course lessons
Nine or eighteen holes with Shaun walking you through every decision. The lesson that changes scores fastest.
New golfers
Never played, or played badly for years. A plan that gets you on the course without embarrassment.
PAT prep
For PGM students and apprentices. Taught by the guy who wrote the book on it. Fail your first try after the program and $350 comes back.
Pricing
No memberships, no sales calls, no simulator bay you're paying rent on. A lesson is a lesson.
Bring a friend to any private lesson for $50 more. Veterans: ask about the veteran rate. Prices are per lesson; a series is paid up front and good for six months.
What an hour looks like
- 0:00Five minutes of talking
What you shoot, what you want to shoot, what the last lesson did and didn't fix.
- 0:05Hit balls, no coaching
Shaun watches ten swings and films three. The pattern shows up by swing six.
- 0:15One change
Not four. The one that moves the most strokes. You'll feel it, see it on video, and hit it until it holds.
- 0:50The plan
One drill, one feel, one thing to stop doing. Texted to you before you reach the car.
Where lessons happen
Range lessons happen at Shaun's teaching location, where he has the video, the launch monitor, and permission to be there. Playing lessons happen at your course, during a round, anywhere in the valley. Golf-course rules mean a visiting coach can't set up on another club's range, so that's the split. Early mornings in summer, obviously.
The coach
Shaun Colquhoun has been playing since he was five, served in the Army, worked a long run in Las Vegas nightlife and casino hosting, and is finishing the PGA Golf Management program at UNLV. He wrote two golf books. He failed his first PAT as a scratch golfer and passed the next one by sixteen, and he will tell you exactly why, because it's the same reason you shoot what you shoot.
More about ShaunThe coach wrote the books
Two of them. One for the golfer who's tired of shooting 95 with an 85 swing, and one for the PGA apprentice who's tired of being on the PAT Tour. Both on Amazon, both the same idea: your decisions are costing you more than your swing.

What golf lessons actually cost in Las Vegas in 2026: hourly rates, packages, on-course lessons, GOLFTEC, and course pros, with what you get for the money.
Why you shoot 95 with an 85 swing
You hit it fine on the range and shoot 95 anyway. Here's where the ten strokes go, hole by hole, and the three decisions that get most of them back without a swing change.
Your first golf lesson: what to expect
Nervous about a first golf lesson? Here's what happens in the hour, what to bring, what not to worry about, and what you should leave with.
