Before your lesson

Five minutes. Answer honestly; nobody is grading you, and "I shoot 105" is more useful than "low 90s on a good day."

1. Name, phone, and the best time of day to text you2. What do you shoot, honestly? A typical score, not your best one3. How often do you play, and where? Home course if you have one4. Lessons before? When, and what did they fix, or not5. Where does your tee shot miss most of the time?6. Where do your approach shots miss? Short, long, left, right, thin, fat?7. What costs you the most: driver, irons, chipping, bunkers, putting, or decisions? Pick one, then your second8. The hole that kills you. One sentence9. Your goal, with a number in it10. Anything physical Shaun should know: back, knee, hip, shoulder, anything that changes what you can do11. How do you learn best: watching video of yourself, feeling it, or seeing the numbers?12. Do you own clubs? Roughly how old are they?

Filming and recording

Shaun films your swings and records audio during the lesson so he can send you notes and clips afterward. The video and notes are yours; he keeps a copy in your student folder so lesson five can be compared to lesson one. Nothing gets posted without asking you first.
